Fantastic and quiet motel nestled a couple minutes walk from a bakery / other eats and a few minutes drive from groceries. I booked the 1st Floor Executive King Studio for a mid-May stay and it was extremely spacious and had all the essentials, including electric blankets and heat pump for the colder months. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with a full sized fridge and plenty of cabinet space. Also plenty of line drying space available for any laundry. Amanda arranged late check-in for me and helped me with all my questions. A great place to base your visit to New Plymouth and explore the Taranaki region.

Rooms are being modernised, ours was new and very comfortable. Very clean and warm. Great location slightly out of the CBD but Welbourn shops almost across the road. Fast wifi with good coverage and Sky tv.

Had an amazing experience here on a long weekend. Stayed in a family room. Neat & clean, no foul smell, well maintained. Keep it up!!

We were lucky enough to get the large 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was recently refurbished and in pristine condition. The Outlook from the balcony is excellent overlooking the race course. We had an issue with the hob and was quickly remedied with the hospitible handyman who was brilliant. Not only sorted the issue but couldn't have been more helpful and even gave us a run down of the attractions parks and how to get there. Bug thumbs up.
